How it works?
Here at Print My Forms, our production team are creating your bespoke printed forms using high quality UK sourced materials. We produce your order much cheaper than many of our competitors as we want you to use us time and time again.
We will need a file to print from (word, photoshop, indesign etc). If not choose one of our templates and send us your company logo and other details you may want on the form like address, phone numbers and email addresses.
Our prices are per design, so if you have different forms, you will need to make a separate order for each.
Product Specifications
- All of our products come in sizes A4 – DL and in either 2 part (duplicate) or 3 part (triplicate).
- Choose a binding style of either glued pads, stitched books or individual sets.
- All products start at 50 sets and loose writing shields are supplied if necessary. Part paper colours and numbering options.
- You write on the top sheet of the set to produce a copy on the parts below. After use each set is to be torn away and each part can be separated aswell.

Our expert graphic design team are also very talented and can create a design for you in no time at all and also provided the templates for you to choose from if you haven’t got an artwork. They will be checking your artworks are perfect to go to print and will proof them back to you if needed to make sure everything is exactly how you want.

Does Price Include Delivery?
Yes, on all orders all product prices include free delivery.
Do I Need An Artwork?
We have many premade design templates for you to choose from, you don’t need to supply any artwork.
What If I'm Not Happy With My Purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can contact our team by email office@printmyforms.co.uk or by call 01376 332172. Let us know the issue with your order and we will rectify this as best we can.
Can You Print My Design Exactly?
We can print your design exactly, once you upload your design our graphic designers will look over it to make sure it works. We will contact you if we think there is some issues with your design.
How Quick is Delivery?
We can be pretty quick, usually 3-5 working days from receiving your order. During busier periods this may be longer.
How Are Glued Pads Bound?
Our glued pads are bound by adhesive glue that allow all sets to stick together in the pad but also tear out easily when used to hand out.
How Are Stitched Books Bound?
Our stitched books are bound by staples and black taped spines and have a card cover. Perforated on the top page in a 2 part book or the top and middle page in a 3 part book. These are a really tidy way to keep your form together.
How Are Individual Sets Bound?
Our individual sets use a special adhesive glue that means each part tear away from eachother to handout easily.
