1. Check your order summary above. Make sure you have ordered the correct paper size, amount of parts per set, quantity and if you are uploading your own artwork or using a premade template.

2. Make sure you upload your full artwork file for us to print. If you would like to use one of our premade templates, check you have picked your desired premade template and just upload your logo and contact details so we can input them into the template making it bespoke to you.

3. Finally proceed to checkout, where you can pay securely, enter your delivery details and place your order at Print My Forms.
